I like this picture because the corn in it reminds me of growing up in Iowa. When I look at this picture it makes me think about the long path ahead of me in life. It also shows hope, how to never give up on your dreams because no matter how rough the road gets it always gets brighter in the end. The photographer of this picture is Maurizio Polese. Maurizio mostly takes black and white insprired photos. His favorite pictures to take are of scenery and architecture.
I'm glad you were able to go beyond the obvious and put emotion and feeling into the photograph - just as the artist would have wanted.
